1. Australian Consumer Law
Our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Does not do what it’s supposed to
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before making a purchase.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Include original packaging and proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
4. Return Shipping
- For faulty or incorrectly supplied items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- For approved returns (not related to faults): The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item and would prefer an exchange over a refund, let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
